InvoiceCraftThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InvoiceCraft (the “App”), a Shopify application provided by Axify Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the Shopify store where the App is installed. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. Your use of Shopify itself is also governed by Shopify’s own terms.
2. The service
The App lets you create PDF invoices, receipts, packing slips and credit notes from your Shopify orders, design document templates, download or print documents in bulk, and email documents to your customers manually or automatically.
Documents are generated from the order data in your store and the business details you enter. You are responsible for checking that this information, including tax details, is correct and meets the legal requirements that apply to your business.
3. Your account
Access to the App is through your Shopify admin. You are responsible for the actions of anyone who uses the App through your store’s staff accounts.
4. Plans & billing
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed by Shopify through your Shopify invoice, and you only pay after approving a charge in Shopify. Plan limits, such as the number of orders per month, are shown in the App. An order counts once per billing month regardless of how many documents are created for it.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plans page. Refunds are handled according to Shopify’s billing policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to create false or misleading documents, to send unsolicited email, to break any law, or to interfere with the App’s operation or security.
6. Your data & documents
You keep all rights to your store data and the documents you create. You give us permission to process that data only to provide the App. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Issued documents are stored as permanent records so they can be downloaded again. You can set the App to delete stored PDFs automatically after a number of days.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or remove features to improve the App.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for important changes, let you know in the App or by email.
