InvoiceCraft is built by a small team at Axify Studio Ltd for Shopify merchants who would rather grow their store than format invoices.
Our mission
Every order deserves a clear, professional document — for your customer, your accountant and your warehouse. Our mission is to make that happen automatically, in your brand, without spreadsheets or copy-paste.
We started InvoiceCraft after watching merchants export orders, fix invoice numbers by hand and email PDFs one at a time. So we built one app that creates invoices, receipts, packing slips and credit notes, keeps the numbering correct, and sends them the moment an order is paid.
How we build
- Built for Shopify. InvoiceCraft runs inside your admin and uses Shopify billing, so there is nothing extra to sign up for.
- Honest about limits. We only list features that work today, and we keep plans simple: you pay per order, not per document.

Gapless numbering
Invoice numbers are sequential per series and never reused, so your books always line up.
Immutable records
Once a document is issued it is a permanent snapshot. Refunds get their own credit note.
Read-only privacy
InvoiceCraft only reads orders. It never edits your store, and stored PDFs can be deleted automatically.
