What counts as an order on my plan?+
Each order counts once per month, no matter how many documents you create for it. Re-downloads, credit notes and extra documents for the same order are free.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan covers 25 orders a month with no time limit, so you can try InvoiceCraft on real orders before you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Plans page inside the app. Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?+
Documents you already issued stay available to view and re-download. To create documents for new orders, upgrade or wait until your count resets next month.
