How do I install InvoiceCraft?+
Open the Shopify App Store listing, click Install and approve the permissions. The setup guide on the dashboard walks you through the rest.
How do I change or cancel my plan?+
Open Plans inside the app and choose “Manage plan on Shopify”. Plans are billed by Shopify and can be changed at any time.
An email did not arrive. What should I check?+
Check the send history on the Email automation page, then confirm the customer email on the order. If it still fails, send us the order number.
