InvoiceCraft

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Axify Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles information when you install and use InvoiceCraft (the “App”) in your Shopify store. We only collect what we need to create and send your order documents.

2. Data we access

  • Order data (read-only). The App requests only the read_orders permission. It reads order details such as line items, prices, taxes, customer name, email and addresses to build documents. It never changes your orders.
  • Store details. Your shop domain, name and currency, and the business details, logo and settings you enter in the App.
  • Documents and email logs. Issued documents, their numbers, and a record of emails sent through the App (recipient, subject, status).

3. How we use it

We use this information only to provide the App: to generate PDFs, keep invoice numbering consistent, send emails you or your automation rules request, show usage against your plan, and provide support. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers and encrypted in transit. Download links for documents are signed and expire after a short time. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the App.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the App (for example hosting, file storage and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

6. Retention & deletion

Issued documents are kept so you can download them again. You can choose to have stored PDFs deleted automatically after a number of days in Settings. When you uninstall the App, and when Shopify sends us a shop or customer data-erasure request, we delete the related data as required by Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks.

7. Your rights

Merchants and their customers may have rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA to access, correct or delete personal data. Customers should contact the store they bought from; that store can request data through Shopify, and we respond to those requests. Merchants can contact us directly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
